Artline
Reliable permanent and whiteboard markers for school and office.
About Artline
Artline markers are made by Shachihata in Japan. The brand covers the two most common institutional marker uses - permanent marking and whiteboard work - with a range built for reliability in classroom and office environments rather than for artistic or creative applications.
The Artline 70 permanent marker (1.5mm bullet tip) is one of the most widely used permanent markers in Australian schools. The formula holds on most surfaces, the cap seal is reliable, and the tip maintains its shape through normal use. The Artline 200 fineliner (0.4mm) is similarly durable - a practical fineliner for labelling, underlining and note-taking rather than artistic line work.
The EK-500A whiteboard marker is the Artline whiteboard staple: a broad chisel tip that cleans easily from standard whiteboard surfaces and holds its tip shape over extended use. The board markers are sized for classroom whiteboard use rather than small personal boards.
